For New Team Leaders

First off! CONGRATULATIONS ON PROMOTING TO TEAM LEADER!!!!!!! Seriously you should be so proud of yourself! It is a HUGE accomplishment!

Promoting to Team Leader can be a little overwhelming.. You might be wondering what you are supposed to do now..

First I encourage you to make a group on Facebook for everyone in your central group. This will help you focus on them and give them more one on one attention.. Then when someone in that group promotes- they can take those people and put them in a central group of their own.

Second- Create a welcome email packet to send to everyone that comes into your central group ( I always check my message center in my back office and send them the info- if you need Ideas let me know :)

Forth- As a leader you will be responsible for your central group- get them to come to trainings, keep them updated on things from Home Office. Keep them in the loop. Stay positive and be a cheerleader for them. Help them succeed and talk to them on a regular basis. Some leaders do Monday chats with everyone and others just send them messages periodically. I really believe that talking to them regularly will help your team grow and succeed.
