● Introduce them to your team leader
● Add them to Outstanding Opals Product Knowledge, Daring Dreamers and your (or TL) central group team page
● Post a “Welcome” to both groups introducing them
● Send them the Consultant Success Plan (CSP) and talk with them about each step
● Encourage them in reaching each WYOSS bonus and explain kit refund bonus
● Run a FB or home show kick-off for them (or both)
● Walk them through closing out their first party in order pro
● Encourage and remind them to attend our weekly Dreamers trainings
● Share your script and graphics
